In all the movies and stories that involve haunted houses, they always start with the unsuspecting family moving in. No one ever seems to talk about the poor real estate agent that has to come in after they have run away screaming to try and spruce the place up and get it ready for market. Or the agent that surely worked their ass off trying make everything appear normal long enough to get the house off their hands.

It's not an easy job, it requires a lot of tricky turns of phrase and cruising past strange occurances while radiating a level of calm that is almost infectious. You've got an appointment today, someone wants to see one of your special listings and it is time to put on your bravest face because this place is a doozy. You will need a d10, d6 and a d4 or access to an online dice roller.
